Tuesday 5/3/2013 - Parkour + training

Easy conditioning day today.

- 25 Squats
- 25 Diamond pushups
- 10 chinups
- 25 Raised leg crunches

Then to parkour training for 3 hrs.

- Side flip training for 1 hr.
(this was the best footage of the ones I did)





- Palm spin training for 1 hr.

- Precision training for 1 hr.

I didn't get any footage of the palm spins or precision's but I would have liked to as the precision was 10ft up and 8ft wide.

Scaring yourself is the way to progress.
Where would we be if we did something that scared us every day?

- L sit phone intervals
- pike, straddle, leg flutters
- 75 x impact tuck burpees
- 50 stagger pushups
- 25 diamond pushups
- 25 spiderman pushups
- 25 chinup
- 50 raised leg cruches
- 20 swimming laps
- 20mins running
- 100 squats
- 25 tuck jumps

2/3/2013 - Ft Lauderdale

Today is a rest day as I am travelling up to Ft Lauderdale.
As will be tomorrow,

75 x Impact Tuck Burpees

25 x Spiderman pushups

25 x diamond pushups

25 x chinups
